We’re expanding in Clydebank, and our team is on the lookout for motivated and creative *female colleagues with a positive attitude to join us as Bank Support Practitioners.
Our bank contracts offer flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you are available, and we will look to give you shifts that fit. This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. If you're looking for full-time, guaranteed hours, this may not be the right fit, but if you want flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
As a Bank Support Practitioner in Clydebank, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it’s needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training.
To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1–2 shifts per week.
Our supported individuals have a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health challenges, Acquired Brain Injuries, addictions and past trauma. Working within a trauma-aware approach, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live fulfilled and independent lives.
No previous care experience is required. We recruit based on values and transferable skills, and full training will be provided, including the opportunity to complete your SVQ.
