This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Positive Behaviour Support Team who provide person-centred and specialist behavioural interventions for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
A position has now become available for a National Positive Behaviour Support Training Officer to join our team. In this post you will be responsible for the development, review and delivery of our ‘Active Support’ and ‘Practice Leadership’ credit rated training programmes, accessed throughout the year by our operational staff teams across services.
This includes designing and delivering tutorials, workshops, reflective practice and mentoring opportunities for each candidate registered on the programmes of study. Throughout the year, you will hold a case load of candidates, with direct responsibility for managing all aspects of their training journey including submission, assessment, grading and verification of their coursework.
